Toyin Thompson, LMFT
International Mind-Wellness Practitioner of the Healing Arts
My mission is to help people bring about meaningful life change using straightforward and powerful techniques. I am trained in several modalities to help my patients raise their awareness and become experts in their situations, and then I move to teach them how to tap into their innate inner strength to heal their own minds (the source of emotional struggle). I use conscious-mind, subconscious-spirit approaches that combine motivational and reprocessing techniques.

After realizing my own permanent strength, despite traumatic and hurtful life experiences, I began helping an expansive number of people do the same in their own lives. I have taken this message into group homes with abused youth, substance addiction treatment facilities, villages in Central America, criminal detention centers, private practice, and will soon be able to reach everyone through my signature on-demand, self-paced program Integrative Mind Balancing©â„ .

I find great joy in supporting clients through the healing process. I created Neo-Balance Mind Therapy & Recovery©â„ to shatter the mental blocks that are holding people back from the life they want and deserve.
